Makerere University Graduation Ceremony - March 16, 1972 General Idi Amin Dada the President of Uganda, was also the Chancellor of Makerere University -- and in this capacity, he attended the graduation ceremony there on Thursday 16, 1972. He was accompanied by Education Minister Edward Rugumayo and Vice-Chancellor Francis Kalimuzo.
